CANCELLATION POLICY

Ciao Bella Microblading & Beauty, understands life happens and our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement a rescheduling / cancellation policy. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancelation will give another person the opportunity to access timely care. This policy allows us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to provide your credit or debit card to keep on file and pay a non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your service.(deposit amounts vary based on service) Time has specifically been reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment (A rescheduling fee will be applied ) However, providing less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. Potential Fees | amount **Deposits are non-refundable *** Reschedule fee: $15 Cancellation before 48 hours: rescheduling fee + non Refundable deposit No shows will be required to pay full service charge. No Exceptions late arrivals :15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, you are required to reschedule with the rescheduling fee plus the non refundable booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
